Payment
- Payment is due when services are rendered.
- HolEssence accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, or HolEssence gift cards.
- Craig Jadown accepts checks, cash, Visa, and MasterCard.
- A $25 fee will be added for any checks returned for Non-Sufficient Funds.
Gift Cards
HolEssence offers gift cards in any increment – perfect for your family and friends ... or perhaps a little ‘just for you’ gift! They can be used for product, service, or classes. Once the gift card is empty it can be reloaded with more value. Gift cards - the gift that keeps on giving!
Insurance
It is the client's responsibility to file for any health insurance reimbursement. Upon request we will provide you a receipt with the appropriate information within our scope of practice. If you submit the receipt to your insurance company, it is possible that they may reimburse you for out-of-pocket charges. Many flexible spending accounts reimburse for complementary therapies.
Arrival
To ensure the best experience for all clients, appointments will begin and end at their scheduled times. Please plan to arrive five minutes prior to your appointment so that your session can begin on time. Late arrivals will still end at the scheduled time and be assessed the full session payment.
No Show and Late Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24-hours notice so that we have the opportunity to offer your reserved time to someone else. Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment (no show) will be charged a no show fee of 50% of the scheduled session fee. |
