Green Aventurine Pendants In preparation for the Create Your Own Crystal Jewelry event, Karen Wylie and Laurie went shopping and got in trouble, as they usually do. Karen got an assortment of oh-so-lovely crystal beads for you to work with. In addition to some other items, Laurie was able to get six of these unusual Green Aventurine 'tubes.' Each tube is on a 16-inch stainless steel neck wire and is hugged by a pair of sterling silver beads. There are only five left because Laurie couldn't resist one for herself. They are $38/each.
Green Aventurine has many therapeutic and metaphysical properties. One of Laurie's favorite reasons to wear it is because it enhances all areas of creativity and imagination, as well as intellect and mental clarity.

Carnelian is an agate class of chalcedony that is a stone of creativity, individuality and courage. Like all agates, it has protective energies. It can aid memory, including recall of past lives. It can assist one in finding the right mate. It is also a stone of protection in general and from anger, jealousy and fear. In addition it can help with manifestation of one's desires, and brings good luck. Carnelian can help ease or remove sorrows. It also helps stabilize energies in the home.
It is sometimes called the actor's stone because it is helpful for people who are interested in dramatic pursuits.
Physically – Carnelian is used to heal open sores, rejuvenate tissues and cells, rheumatism, kidney stones and other kidney problems, gall stones, colds, pollen allergies and neuralgia. Carnelian is associated with the sacral chakra.
