Reiki Share A Reiki Share is a gathering of Reiki Practitioners who wish to join together for a combination social/healing session. Our group members have various levels of experience and wish to start a Reiki Share in the Crystal Lake area. We're looking for additional men and women to participate. This Reiki Share group meets on the first Tuesday of each month from 5:30 - 6:30 at the Panera Bread Co., on Route 14 in Crystal Lake.
Yoga for Strength! A Special Series with Abiding Yoga
Wednesday Evenings in March (2, 9, 16, 23, and 30) 7:00 - 8:15 pm - $75 ($18 drop in)
As we age, our bones begin losing mass. This series will focus on strength-building yoga poses, using light weights and targeted sequences and exercises. You will feel energized, stretched and stronger at your core.

Crystal Therapy 101—Introduction In the past we've presented Crystal Therapy 101 in an all day workshop—taking students from introduction, through all of the crystals used on the seven major chakras. This year we've decided to present it in bite-sized pieces.
The first workshop—the introduction as to why crystals can be used in healing—will be presented on Sunday, March 27th from 1-3pm. The cost is $25 and includes an introductory handout and your first tumbled crystal—clear quartz.
Note: class requires a 4 student minimum (12 student maximum).

May 29 - Base/Root Chakra Jun 12 - Sacral Chakra Jul 31 - Solar Plexus Chakra Aug 28 - Heart/Higher Heart Chakra Sep 25 - Throat Chakra Oct 23 - Brow Chakra Nov 20 - Crown Chakra Each class covers the potential issues—body, mind, and spirit—associated with that specific chakra, the crystals that can be used in the healing process, and how to use them. It also includes one tumbled crystal (for that specific chakra) of your choice.
