Crystal Therapy 101 Classes The next class—crystals that address issues stemming from the sacral chakra—will be presented on Sunday, June 12 from 1-3pm. The cost is $25 and includes curriculum and a tumbled crystal that corresponds with the sacral chakra.

The official beginning of summer, the solstice, is coming soon. Let’s begin our practice together where we will use movement, breathing, meditation, chanting, and deep relaxation to harness the light and lift our spirits. These yoga tools support every level of our being—body, mind, soul—so that we may continue to grow and flourish throughout the season.
This session is offered in a non-competitive environment and is geared toward the needs of the participants. If you have a physical ailment or recent injury, please contact the instructor to determine if this workshop is appropriate for you. Space is limited; register early to save your space!
Your instructor, Nan Palmer, is grounded in the teachings of traditional yoga, and is certified at the 500 hour level. She is currently enrolled in the Essential Yoga Therapy training to further her education.
Reiki Share A Reiki Share is a gathering of Reiki Practitioners who wish to join together for a combination social/healing session. Len isn't always with me at HolEssence. On the days I'm by myself, I lock the doors when I'm in session with a client. If you arrive for a scheduled appointment more than 5 minutes early, you'll see a small orange sign in the door window that says:
I’m currently in session, but will be available on time for the next scheduled appointment.
We own the 4 parking spaces behind our building. When you arrive, please park in one of our spaces and come in the back door.
