Speaking from the Heart Writing is my favorite type of communication; it is my art form. By painting concise, vivid word pictures, my hope is to lead each reader to their indwelling spring of unleashed, unlimited, potential and possibility; a spring that’s just waiting to be tapped.
My creative muse is wabi-sabi. A practice where inessentials are eliminated and trimmed away. The intersection where wabi (minimal) and sabi (functional) meet is the foundation of my creativity.
It is my perspective that our creativity is the outward expression of our connection to Divine Love. You are cordially invited to visit my blog — Speaking from the Heart.

"Your blog is incredibly informative and useful, especially to someone new to the concept of alternative therapies. It uncovers some of the mysteries, and explains some of the concepts, and allows for freedom of thought and exploration. Of course, sometimes your blog is just plain FUN, too! I enjoy all the photos you add to your blog posts, and love the way you integrate fun into the process of conveying information. More than anything else, I have a real appreciation for your straightforward manner of speaking. Thanks again for all of the information that you share."

"Laurie many times when I have read your blog I have felt, 'Wow, she just did a great job of saying what I haven’t been able to find the words to clarify – even to myself.' Once you have articulated the idea or thought – then it is much easier for me to say, 'Of course!, that is it!' Plus, a bit edgy is perfect… keeps me from staying under the warm blankets and allows me to step out into a morning breeze now and again. Thank you Laurie – I’m looking forward to you continuing to do what you."
