Outcomes Include
I entered this nine session not really sure if I could continue financially, or if it was going to be worthwhile and help me after a long three year depression after my Dad passed away. Boy was I wrong! The wisdom flowed every month and I developed a keen awareness of what I have been missing for a very long time; the ability to be present in the moment without worrying about the past or the future. What a true gift to myself and my relationships with mind, body and spirit.
I now have a user-friendly website.
I am no longer sedentary; I walk, walk, and walk!
I have gone back to school to get my master’s degree. I never thought this would be possible.
I am listening with learning opportunities, rather than a defeatist attitude.
I am consistent in what I am doing; especially with what I am putting into my body. I have learned that ingestion includes not just what we put into our mouths, but what we watch and listen to as well.
I went from being a writer, to being a published author. My stories are now being published in magazines.
I am taking conscious accountability for my actions and non-actions. I have learned that both are equally important.
I am establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries.
The Life Harmony program kept me on task. As a result, my dissertation is almost complete and I will have my PhD this year.
I actually take my supplements and have a consistent exercise routine.
I have completely changed the way I eat. It’s not a “diet” – it’s a healthy lifestyle!
I am completely caffeine and alcohol free.
I see myself differently in relationships. I am a vital and contributing component.
I have learned to speak up for what’s important. I asked for a raise at work and I got it!
I have determined my life’s purpose, mission and path. That alone was worth the price of admission!
I am taking personal responsibility for my health – body, mind and spirit.
I have completely changed the way I eat and my husband is doing this with me. The blood work I just had done supports this change; everything has returned to normal ranges.
I believe that I am creative!
Oh my gosh; I have started my own business. I can’t believe it!
