Life Harmony In addition to energy-based therapies, Laurie also offers a nine session wellness program designed to teach Life Harmony;the discipline of getting on track and staying there. During each 90-minute session you learn important truths about whole health—body, mind and spirit. Homework is assigned at the end of each session, and there is at least one accountability contact each week between sessions.Encouragement during the coaching process facilitates empowerment.

It is estimated that more than 90% of health problems that bring people into the doctor’s office are stress related. Stress is but one of the contents found in the “baggage” that most people accumulate as they travel through life. Laurie Buchanan is a Holistic Health Practitioner with a Doctorate in Holistic Therapies. She is trained in Energy Medicine. She is not a Medical Doctor. As such, it is not within her scope of practice to diagnose psychological or medical conditions.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the cost? The rate is $75/hour. This includes a Life Harmony notebook with sections for each aspect of self. During each session you acquire cumulative materials that pertain to the work at hand. The hourly rate does not include the cost of three additional books that are used as supporting curriculum over the nine month program. These are a separate and additional cost.
Each session is approximately 90-minutes in length. However, in my experience some clients have additional questions or simply need more time. I will accommodate, time permitting. However, to be fair to the next client, the session may need to end at the scheduled time. If you would like to schedule an add-on mini session, that can be done in advance.
Are the sessions scheduled 9-weeks in a row? Ideally the sessions are scheduled nine months in a row. This provides you the opportunity to accomplish the homework associated with each session and allows you time to integrate the knowledge that you gain, with the life that you life.
