April 14 The Seven Selves is being presented by Laurie Buchanan at Port Edward's Restaurant in Algonquin at 5:30pm to the Women's Leadership Network. The purpose of the presentation is to help people recognize the ‘stuff’ that's in the baggage they're carrying on life's journey, and then provide tips on how to start the process of emptying them so they can move forward unencumbered.
April 18 HeartLight for Kids between 4th and 8th grade presented by Laurie Buchanan at the Infinity Foundation in Highland Park. April 19 and ongoing Abiding YOGA classes taught by Nan Palmer start today. Classes are Monday mornings from 9:00 - 10:15 and/or Thursday evenings from 6:30 - 7:45pm.
