About Kris Kris Freeman is a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner. Her business, Freedom Therapies, LLC incorporates a mix of BodyTalk, Reiki, and other energy based practices. Kris stumbled amongst these amazing therapies through her own personal healing journey. These therapies have changed not only Kris’s physical health but most importantly her mental, emotional, and spiritual development.
