HeartLight HeartLight is the term Laurie uses when she refers to the practice of holding heart-based intent (Light, Divine Love) for oneself or when sending it to others.It has been shown that compassion is vital to the healing process.HeartLight is an investment that yields a return—the promotion of health and accelerated healing—for both the sender and receiver.Weaving in aspects of Reiki and Tonglen, HeartLight can be used individually or collectively; locally or globally.
